We are seeking a full-time Innkeeper to join our team and live on the property.
As an Innkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our inn, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the overall operations of the property.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest services, including check-in, check-out, and responding to guest inquiries and requests - Oversee housekeeping and maintenance to ensure cleanliness and functionality of rooms and common areas - Manage reservations and ensure accurate booking information - Monitor and manage budgets, including expenses and revenue - Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new guests and increase occupancy rates - Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for guests - Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is a plus - Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles - Familiarity with human resources practices and procedures - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proficiency in hotel management software systems - Ability to effectively handle guest complaints or issues in a timely manner - Experience in revenue management is preferred If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.
